An order is confirmed once you receive an order number on screen or by email. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our service area, or we cannot reach you on the number provided.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices can change, but the price shown at the moment you place your order is the price you pay.

Our products are fresh and made in small batches, so colour, texture and weight can vary slightly between batches. Product photos are illustrative.

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery windows are estimates; extreme weather and traffic can cause delays. Someone must be available to receive chilled items.

You are responsible for keeping your account password safe and for activity that happens under your account.
