Sustainably Minded

Our cows graze on open pasture and are never given growth hormones. Herd size stays small on purpose so every animal gets attention from the same handlers each day.

We churn to order rather than to forecast, so almost nothing expires on our shelves. Whey left over from cheese-making goes back to local farms as feed.

Glass bottles and tubs can be returned to the rider on your next delivery — we sterilise and reuse them. Insulated boxes and ice packs are collected the same way.

Every ingredient we can source in Pakistan, we do: milk from our own herd, pistachios and almonds from domestic suppliers, honey from beekeepers we know by name.
